Procurement buys O C Tanner's fulfilment

Procurement International has reached agreement on the acquisition of fulfilment activity from O C Tanner Europe.

Procurement International operates from warehouse and office premises in Wokingham, close to the heart of the motorway network.
Anticipating this growth, Managing Director, Ian Rosewell, has recently acquired the lease of a 15,000 sq ft state-of-the-art complex adjacent to its current capacity and is scheduled to move the entire operation into these new premises later this year.
Speaking of the acquisition, Rosewell said: "The acquisition of OC Tanner's incentive distribution business further underpins and strengthens our position as the UK's leading specialist merchandise provider in the demanding P and I sector.

O C Tanner, the world's largest provider of employee reward and recognition programmes, will continue to offer a merchandise distribution service from their 25,000 sq ft warehouse facility in Loughton, Essex; however, this service will now be more targeted to providing an extensive collection of product lines that specifically meet the needs of their corporate reward and recognition programmes currently running throughout the UK and Europe.
