ProtoCall One delivers healthy results
ProtoCall One, the leading Genesys contact-centre solutions and consultancy provider, has announced its preliminary financial results for the year to 31 December 2007.
Revenue increased by 12 per cent year-on-year while maintaining a healthy 20 per cent net profit margin during the period Utilisation across its professional services team was 85 per cent for the year

Pulse offers contact centre audit service
ProtoCall One, the systems integration consultancy for the contact centre industry, has launched Pulse!, a sophisticated contact centre audit service developed for Genesys customers.
Across the year, ProtoCall One attracted new senior staff to the company and has increased employee numbers by nearly 60 per cent.
Key appointments included Sales and Marketing Director Steve Robertson and Account Director Paul Warren; both previously held senior sales roles with BT.
As a sign of its commitment to its Workforce Optimisation (WFO) Practice, ProtoCall One has appointed Andy Turner as Head of Practice, previously head of workforce planning at Thomas Cook Signature.
The company has set an aggressive revenue growth target of 55 per cent for 2008 with strong growth forecast across all areas of the business.
ProtoCall One has also formally launched its Business Intelligence (BI) Practice, and signed up as an Oracle partner.
The business has seen significant interest from both Genesys customers and partners in its new offerings in this area and is forecasting strong demand.
ProtoCall One also expanded its operations in April 2007 with the opening of an Asia-Pacific (APAC) office in Sydney, Australia.
Led by managing consultant Ian de Sousa the office is capitalising on the Australian contact centre market, widely acknowledged by industry experts as the most technologically advanced in the world and experiencing strong growth.
