Banner Frame offers greater impact and flexibility
Pozitube has launched a Banner Frame to help retailers and event organisers present a professional image with greater impact and without the limits of traditional supports.
The revolutionary Pozitube Banner Frame can offer greater impact by displaying any shape and size of vinyl banner neatly and tidily without the limitations associated with traditional supports.
Stylish free-standing and wall-mounted frames can be created in two or three dimensions to display banners in existing locations or novel positions such as around corners or projecting from a wall for even greater visibility.
Frames are assembled using modular and interchangeable brackets and tubes that are completely adaptable and reusable.
This unique concept allows frames to be created quickly for almost any shape or size of banner and modified easily for alternative signs with different dimensions.
It is more convenient and economical than using fabricated and welded frames which can be expensive to modify or replace.
The Pozitube Banner Frame is ideal for traditional eyed banners but its unique design means it can also be used with a totally new type of sleeved banner recently introduced by a number of manufacturers.
These new banners are made by folding and seaming the edge of the vinyl along each side to form a sleeve through which the tubular components are passed before being connected at each corner with a bracket to form an integrated assembly that is sleek and taut.
The banner is supported internally by the frame and there is no need for eyelets and ties.
The modular design also allows users to devise new ways of presenting banners in three dimensions or incorporate them into other structures.
For example, frames can now be created that support banners around the corner of a building or integrate the banner with temporary installations or exhibition stands for greater impact and better visibility.
Pozitube offers a complete range of point-of-sale banner frame management services including design, build and nationwide delivery for major customers.
It can work with central purchasing, marketing or promotions departments to advise on the most appropriate frame and co-ordinate delivery and installation so that individual store managers are free to maintain focus on core activities.
Customers can also order all the components needed to build their own Banner Frames for overnight delivery and self assembly using basic hand tools.
To make it even easier to choose the right frame Pozitube has devised six basic frame configurations - including free standing and mounted frames - that are suitable for the majority of banners.
Each Pozitube Banner Frame is assembled from interchangeable coated steel tubing - available in a range of colours - and metallic bracket connectors to create a rigid and durable but lightweight support for the banner.
Traditional banners with eyelets are held in place using bungee straps or cable ties while sleeved banners are supported by the frame alone.
Frames can be mounted using inexpensive brackets or built as a free-standing unit by adding tubular support legs.
They can be disassembled for easy storage, repositioning or transportation between sites.
Existing frames can be modified to support almost any new shape and size of banner using a hack saw and Allen key.
Smaller banners can be accommodated by simply reducing the length of the tubes and then reconnecting them.
Longer tubes can be added for larger banners.
Damaged components can be replaced very easily.
In each case the changes are far less expensive than buying a completely new frame or modifying a conventional welded unit.
This adaptability means that users are no longer bound by the standard industry banner and frame sizes.
It also means that wall mounted frames can be converted to free standing units, and vice versa, quickly and easily by the addition or removal of support legs.
