PandMM customer survey raises funds for
charity
Milton Keynes-based marketing services agency PandMM has redeveloped its annual customer satisfaction survey to create revenue for a local charity.
Under the guidelines of the new customer satisfaction survey, PandMM donates GBP5 to the Milton Keynes Community Foundation for every completed questionnaire returned The results of the survey proved successful for PandMM and the Milton Keynes Community Foundation

Across 2007, 92 questionnaires were returned, an increase of 5 per cent on the previous year, making a total contribution to the foundation of GBP460.
The overall satisfaction rating for the year showed an improvement on 2006 with 100 per cent of respondents rating PandMM as 'good' or 'excellent', which confirmed that PandMM's clients enjoy a high level of service and satisfaction.
PandMM executive director John Sylvester commented: "The increase in our 2007 CSM scores reflects our policy of ongoing improvement and commitment to deliver the very best service to our clients.
"We were happy to have the opportunity to marry this up with additional support for the local community and further strengthen our corporate social responsibility efforts".
Kerry Arthur, fund development officer for the Milton Keynes Community Foundation, who visited PandMM for the presentation of the cheque, commented: "PandMM is already a senior corporate member of the foundation and we have been grateful for their support for our work over the years.
"To receive an additional donation is a fantastic boost to our efforts and will help us to support even more worthwhile projects in the Milton Keynes area".
