Pinbadge revamps website to improve
service
Promotional product specialist Pinbadge is developing a new website to make it easier for clients to obtain quotes and process orders

Enhancing the delivery of service, it has made a significant investment in the development of its website, ensuring clients dramatically reduce the time spent on obtaining quotations and processing orders.
Paul Barrow, Pinbadge managing director, said: "A key part of all of our businesses is the fast and accurate supply of quotations - with up-to-date pricing, presented in an easy to use format and obtained simply and quickly.
"When you are ready to order you can simply and quickly order online, upload artwork and check on regular updates.
"Stock items, such as plain lanyards and pouches will be available online - so you will be able to order with confidence.
"This enhancement, with all the usual methods of payment, including credit cards for non account holding clients, will make the Pinbadge experience pleasurable.
"Against this backdrop, we have been working with our web design company, MRS Web Solutions, to build back-end client functionality onto our existing website.
MRS already have experience of working in our industry, having designed and built the BPMA award-winning Promotional Marketing Exhibition website.
"Each client will have their own, secure web space on the site in which they will be able to create a quotation and download it in an easy to understand format.
"The system will save the quotation for future order production.
"Orders and artwork will be placed in this web space and our admin team will process it from there.
"Updates on the progress of the order will be presented to our clients online, with an email being sent to advise them that there is information available to them.
"The benefits? Faster and simpler order placing, with instant access to order updates - enabling clients to maximise time and profit.
"The system will also store full order history for all orders produced online, together with all artwork files - great for confirming the correct artwork for repeat orders.
"The Pinbadge admin team will retain full control over the product information and pricing - enabling us to react immediately to changes in product, pricing and the demands of the market place.
"Additionally, we will use the site to email broadcast special offers, new product launches and generally keep clients up to date with what's going on.".
