Pixel Scene refreshes Townends brand identity

A Pixel Scene product story
Edited by the Marketingweek Marketplace editorial team Apr 20, 2010

Pixel Scene has created a new brand identity for Townends, including a new logo, corporate colours, and a redesigned website.

The new logo features two abstract shapes of lime green and sky blue hues, representing environment and space, in a loose 'T' shape for Townends.

The overlap of the two hues creates a darker green focal point, representing a focused area in which to search for property.

Overall, the new identity has been designed to convey a more contemporary look and feel for the company, which has been in business since 1991.

Alongside the main logo, Pixel Scene has introduced a range of colours to differentiate individual parts of the business.

The sales and lettings sides of the business are also distinguished with a flexible graphic of an illustrated street scene, featuring 'for sale' and 'sold' boards for sales collateral, and 'to let' and 'let by' boards for lettings.

The refreshed brand identity is being rolled out across Townends' branch network on sales and lettings boards, brochures, property details, window cards, advertising templates, signage, car branding and stationery.

The final piece of the new look will be a redesigned website, which is currently in development.
