UK brand development company Pemberton and Whitefoord (PandW) has scooped four prestigious industry awards.

New York Festivals (NYF) is now in its 51st year and is an international awards scheme drawing on the very best work from 65 countries worldwide.

In this year's awards, PandW has secured: a Gold World Medal for its work on the Tesco's Tortilla Chips range; a Silver World Medal for its work on Tesco Ingredients and a Finalist placing for its work on the Tesco Liberation Campaign.

In addition, the company has secured a coveted Gold in the 2008 Graphis Awards for its work on Loseley Ice Cream.

PandW's work on Loseley and the Tesco Tortilla Range has also been nominated for the Best Packaging Design category in the UK Chip Shop Awards.

Adrian Whitefoord, founder of Pemberton and Whitefoord, commented: "I am immensely proud that the PandW team has yet again managed to secure such outstanding results against a very wide competitive field.

"It is a tribute to how hard the design team here at PandW has worked and it also illustrates that it's still possible to come up with an original thought in such a derivative and cluttered world".
