StubHub, the world's largest ticket marketplace, is delivering personalised emails and landing pages through an integration between Omniture TestandTarget and Responsys Interact.

The integration, done through Omniture Genesis, is designed to deliver optimised content that is synchronised between emails and landing pages.

Omniture TestandTarget - designed for A/B testing, multivariate testing and delivering targeted content and Responsys Interact - an on-demand email marketing platform - allow StubHub to quickly and easily create a more relevant and consistent customer experience across email and the web to help achieve increased conversion.

"A main goal with our marketing programs at StubHub is to provide relevance across all customer channels," said Rob Singer, director of customer intelligence and relationship marketing at StubHub.

"Together, Responsys and Omniture provide us with the ability to develop deeper relationships with our customers by allowing us to deploy more cost-effective campaigns and actively test and learn what our customers want out of our marketing communications".

The integration of Omniture TestandTarget with Responsys Interact puts the power and control in the hands of marketers to test and optimise an entire email campaign from start to finish - including email text, graphics, creative and corresponding landing page content.

The testing process is automated, and content is delivered when the email is opened, not before it is deployed, in order to help marketers use testing results and adjust campaign content in real-time to reflect the customers' most recent activity and preferences.

Marketers using the integration can deliver relevant content the instant an email is opened, allowing them to better render timely content to achieve higher conversion rates.

The integration of Omniture TestandTarget and Responsys Interact is now available.
