Digital agency Nomensa has designed a website for the Office of Public Guardian to take into account legislative changes in the way people who lack capacity to make decisions are cared for.

Recognised for its work in the public sector, Nomensa was appointed to design a website that was extremely intuitive and user-friendly.

Nomensa has created a website that implements new branding whilst being fully accessible and highly usable.

Marc Archbold, Office of Public Guardian Communications Team, commented: "The website has been designed so that it is easy to navigate and provides visitors with a clear and simple user journey to the information they want".

Office of Public Guardian stakeholders have given positive feedback about the user experience provided on the new website which is also reflected in the site receiving an average of 2,500 visits per day.

Sally Lincoln, commercial director, Nomensa, commented: "The new Office of Public Guardian website is not only fully accessible and highly usable, but engaging and more appealing to the people the department serves.

"Nomensa conducted in-depth user research to ensure user journeys are quick and practical, whilst successfully implementing new branding.

"We look forward to monitoring its performance in the coming months".
