NKD wins double in 2007 Motivation
Awards
Two of NKD Group's recent projects for Virgin Atlantic and npower have won top awards at the 2007 Motivation Awards, run by Incentive and Motivation magazine.
NKD's "Being Players, Creating Fans" campaign for npower won the Best Teambuilding category, while the agency's "Brilliant Basics, Magic Touches" programme for Virgin Atlantic triumphed in the Internal Communications category Mark Ludmon, co-ordinator of Motivation Awards judging, said: "NKD Group's programme for npower impressed the judges for its use of engaging activities that mobilised staff and had a real impact on the business
"The agency's programme for Virgin Atlantic stood out for its use of a broad range of communication media to capture employees' imaginations".
To cap off a truly memorable night for all concerned, the Virgin Atlantic programme was also highly commended in the Customer Service category.
Sue Stoneman, managing director of NKD Group, commented: "We're thrilled that both of the campaigns we entered for these awards have won top honours, against some stiff opposition.
"The awards are a great boost for everyone involved in bringing these programmes to life, and will certainly help drive the profile of our business".
The Motivation Awards were set up four years ago to recognise outstanding achievement in changing employee behaviour.
They have now become premier awards for those involved in all kinds of internal incentive and motivation programmes.
