NKD scoops award for excellence in CiB
Awards
Employee engagement agency NKD Group has won an Award of Excellence in the audio category of the 2007 CiB Awards for its launch communication for Virgin Atlantic Airlines.
NKD's launch communication for Virgin Atlantic Airlines was presented by Radio 1 DJ Vernon Kay The CiB Awards are organised by the British Association of Communicators in Business and are Europe's biggest awards for excellence in business communications, whether through print, audio, video or online media
NKD's radio show for Virgin Atlantic Airlines was designed to be an innovative and memorable solution for launching a year long "Brilliant Basics, Magic Touches" customer service training initiative to 4,000 cabin crew.
The judges deemed the entry to be "a highly professional and entertaining programme which successfully engages the listener in delivering the key messages".
The programme will now go forward to the grand Awards dinner on 25 May, at which overall Class and Gold winners will be announced.
The event is to be hosted by Steve Cram.
