Soula redesigns Ooizit social networking site

Soula has been selected to redesign a social networking site that promotes artists and new music to fans.

The website, Ooizit.com, has been in beta for a number of months with more than 1,000 users signed up.

Soula has been working with Ooizit to redesign the site in response to feedback during beta testing and to improve the online user experience.

The site is aimed at people creating or listening to new, unsigned and undiscovered music.

Users are able to create free online profiles, blog, upload music, videos and images, and share music and gig news.

The website helps users promote, comment on and listen to new music.

Tools including digital distribution services to help sell music online and applications to promote new music both online and offline are set to be introduced in the coming months.
