In its first month of general availability, November 2007, over 690 leading organisations purchased or upgraded a total of over 12,500 seats of Maximizer CRM 10.

Allowing for increased visibility into valuable business data, Maximizer CRM 10 provides enhanced reporting, including more than 175 out-of-the-box reports, improved dashboards, Vista Gadget desktop dashboards, and a key partnership with 90 Degree Software.

Through the 90 Degree Radius90 collaborative reporting platform and Microsoft SQL Reporting Services, Maximizer CRM 10 business users are now more easily able to search, share, collaborate and create reporting assets with an easy Office-like interface.

Providing a gateway to on-demand, immediate expert advice through its interface, Maximizer CRM 10 now includes sales and professional coaching from CanDoGo.

Through this partnership, Maximizer customers can access advice via the web, from leading experts on business or professional topics such as sales negotiation, proposals, leadership and motivation.

Users can leverage advice and coaching from more than 150 authors, speakers and professional trainers including Zig Ziglar, Tom Hopkins and Tony Parinello, in text, audio and video formats.

Additional Maximizer CRM 10 Entrepreneur Edition improved features include the following.

* Easier communication and time management with improved Microsoft Outlook integration.

* Improved administration and security to manage small groups.

* Overall productivity enhancements in on-the-fly reporting, and task management.
