3M has introduced the MPro120 pocket projector, which features improved device connectivity, high brightness, integrated speakers and longer battery life.

The MPro120 is a pass-through, full VGA pocket projector.

Its PC, video and audio connectivity enables flexible hook-up to laptops and netbooks, as well as smartphones, digital media players, digital cameras, camcorders, games consoles and other multimedia devices for spontaneous sharing of content on the spot.

MPro120 projects images from 8in up to 50in on any flat surface and its enhanced battery life means it has a viewing time of between two and four hours without needing to be plugged into the mains.

Its has two built-in half-watt speakers and an integral flip-down stand allows users to raise the projected image if MPro120 is placed on a flat surface.

A tripod is supplied for situations where greater stability and balance is required.

Based on the MM200 LCOS micro projector engine from 3M, MPro120 achieves 12 lumens of brightness corner-to-corner at full VGA (640 x 480) resolution and 4:3 aspect ratio in enhanced brightness mode.

For situations where the user has more control over lighting conditions, the brightness level can be switched to 10 lumens.

MPro120 is a small pocket projector making it easy to transport in a handbag or laptop carry case.

It comes with a soft pouch to help protect against scratches, dust and fingerprints.
