3M turns vacant shops into digital ad
screens
Owners of vacant retail premises can unlock value by hosting high-tech and colourful digital signage advertising in their windows using Vikuiti Rear Projection Film and software from 3M.

3M shows interactive window at In-Store
3M is bringing interactive retail window dressing to the In-Store Show with a touch-controlled multimedia store window demonstration using Vikuiti Rear Projection film.
The advertising company recently completed a project in a former London video store publicising the 'Music Is My Saviour' album launch by the American rapper MIMS1.
Compelling video and audio were seen and heard coming from the glass window of the empty store and shoppers passing-by were able to download exclusive music clips directly to their mobile phone via a Bluetooth link.
Kenny MacLean, Managing Director of Motomedia,explained: "Vikuiti Rear Projection Film is able to turn any glass window into a digital display, delivering outstanding visual performance at large screen sizes, even in bright ambient light.
