More2 has been appointed by White Stuff to manage the fashion lifestyle retailer's database, create a single customer view and conduct associated analytics, campaign planning and reporting.

White Stuff aimed to develop its customer acquisition strategy and increase existing customer retention rates and brand loyalty.

It tasked More2 with growing home shopping and multi-channel customer database elements of its business.

More2 will implement a bespoke data management and segmentation programme, to help identify key prospects among its target audience.

It will also work with White Stuff to create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that tie into its multi-channel retail strategy.
