Stylish home accessories and clothing brand The White Company has appointed integrated agency, more2 to develop its ongoing CRM and data strategy.
more2 won the account following a competitive pitch and is now focused on working together with The White Company's marketing team to develop its customer relationship management and data strategy for the next year more2's objective is to help The White Company's marketing team deliver effective acquisition and retention campaigns by using information about the customers
To do so, the agency will use complex modelling techniques, combining the data captured at varied customer touch points including in-store, online and through ongoing customer communication activity such as PR, advertising, online campaigns and direct mail.
more2 will provide insight into customer behaviour and give The White Company a greater understanding of how to maximise the lifetime value of its existing customers and reduce the recruitment cost of new.
