Motivcom acquires Protravel and Protravel TB
Motivcom, a leading marketing services group providing incentive and motivation services, has completed the acquisition of Protravel and Protravel TB.
Protravel and TB specialise in providing travel and entertainment-related promotions solutions to leading sales promotion agencies and FMCG brands.
Their products and services include travel promotions, group travel and incentives, sports and hospitality packages, prizes for competitions and prizewinner management.
Motivcom paid a cash consideration of GBP1.15 million for the two businesses.
Protravel and TB will become part of the Travel and Leisure Promotions division of Motivcom's subsidiary PandMM, already one of the leading suppliers of travel and leisure promotions and travel-related promotional products to the UK marketing industry.
Pro Travel and Pro Travel TB was established in 1983 and is run by Will Redfern.
The company has eight staff based at Ampthill, Bedfordshire.
