Oddbins appoints MJ Media

MJ Media has been appointed by Oddbins Wine Merchants to handle its media planning and buying.

The appointment coincides with a major summer campaign which breaks this month across national press and online.

The GBP250,000 campaign will run in quality dailies and ABC1 profiled web sites over a two-month period highlighting a 'Classic Wine Selection' offer from the retailer.

Martin Jones, Managing Director of MJ Media, said: "It's a great win for the agency, Oddbins is a great brand and we have shown that we can offer both creative planning and competitive pricing to secure this exciting piece of business".

Oddbins is one of the country's largest wine merchants and this activity sees its first major advertising campaign for 2007.
