Home shopping retailer Findel Direct held a seminar on its e-commerce success through search and merchandising at Internet World's e-Commerce and Connectivity theatre.

Findel Direct has recently adopted Mercado's solution as part of a major upgrade of its online functionality In a seminar entitled 'Findel Direct looks towards e-commerce success through search and merchandising', Tim Broughton, Findel Direct's IT Director, talked about their journey through e-Commerce, focusing on how search and merchandising is key to their online trading success

Broughton provided information and insight into Findel's experience in e-tail and discussed the issues and challenges they faced on different and older platforms, the growing importance of search and merchandising in the world of e-Commerce as well as their plans to accommodate multiple brands in one solution from Mercado.
