Maxymiser enhances Crew Clothing web experience

Crew Clothing has partnered with online conversion management specialist Maxymiser to improve customer engagement and boost online sales.

As part of the agreement, Crew Clothing will be utilising Maxymiser's multivariate testing technology and a range of consultancy services including campaign planning, data analysis and technical support, to test different webpage layouts, sequences and content, and then measure live visitor responses.

By continually testing key pages of the website, Crew Clothing can ensure that it is able to convert more of its web visitors into buyers, while also reducing the risk of making subjective decisions on content and layout that could have a negative impact on conversion rates.

While Crew Clothing receives a high volume of site visitors, the company recognised the need to drive online sales and provide the best possible customer experience.
