Content Delta enables online visitor segmentation

Maxymiser has announced the launch of Content Delta, an online optimisation tool designed to achieve higher conversion and revenue by segmenting online visitors.

Content Delta enables marketers to segment online visitors by various metrics, including type of visitor, visitor characteristics, behaviour patterns and historic interaction with the organisation both online and offline.

Using content optimisation techniques, marketers will be able to trial multiple versions of a particular page and monitor how the various segmented groups respond to the differing content.

As a result, marketers will be able to adapt the content of their website based on statistical evidence of which versions were most popular with other visitors within the same segment, which Maxymiser said would lead to higher conversion rates.
