Fund manager picks Mailtrack as digital
adviser
Digital marketing expert Mailtrack has been appointed by fund manager Artemis Investment Management to provide insight into the behavioural habits and profile of its customer base.
Mailtrack will first consolidate existing separate data houses into one standalone CRM database, after identifying that Artemis needed to streamline and organise its in-house database structure Furthermore, Mailtrack will undertake customer profiling through accurate data analysis, segmentation and reporting; ensuring that Artemis can fully understand its customer base, including individual customer preferences and past behaviour
