O2 head to present keynote at B2B Marketing event
Mardev has announced that Lorraine Stone, head of business-to-business (B2B) marketing at O2, will be the keynote speaker at B2B Marketing's conference on 18 November 2009 at the Brewery, London.
The event is entitled 'B2B Marketing in the 21st Century - The Digital Revolution' and focuses on three of the key themes that B2B brands must embrace to survive and thrive in the new environment: influencer marketing; social customer relationship marketing; and pull marketing.
Each stream is brought to life with a case study from a B2B brand, and with a best-practice presentation outlining the steps that marketers must take to align themselves and their organisations.
Case studies include Oracle, Cisco Webex and Sage.
The event also includes a panel debate between Chris Wilson, chairman of ABBA, pitting his wits against Scot McKee, managing director of Birddog MD, and a B2B Marketing columnist.
The motion for debate will be: 'This house believes that traditional forms of B2B marketing are dead - brands must migrate to digital or die'.
