MMUBS researchers win marketing strategy award

Tony Hines, Chair of Doctoral Programmes at MMUBS, and Lee Quinn, ESRC doctoral student at MMUBS, won the Best Paper Award in Marketing Strategy at the Academy of Marketing Conference.

The Academy of Marketing Conference includes the American Marketing Association/Academy of Marketing Joint Biennial Conference and took place in Dublin on 8 July.

There were over 440 papers submitted to this conference.

The paper entitled "Socially constructed realities and the Hidden Face of Market Segmentation" is published in the Journal of Marketing Management Vol21, No5, pp529-544.
