Lost Vagueness offers original event content
Lost Vagueness and partners pulled out all the stops for a tenth fabulous year at Glastonbury Festival and are being kept busy organising other public, private and corporate events.
Lost Vagueness and partners pulled out all the stops for a tenth fabulous year at Glastonbury Festival with a stunning line up of new and Burlesque artists and music from Madness to Fatboy Slim and the inimitable Chas and Dave.
Lured by the carat of our 20metre high diamond, which could be viewed even from the Pyramid Stage, festival goers enjoyed undisputed highlights such as the Ballroom and Casino, along with the Slip Roller Disco and the Chapel of Love and Loathe which staged weddings from Radio 1 competition winners to Big Brother's Perfect Pete and Dirty Pretty Things' Carl Barat and their respective brides.
The VIP Paradise Lost Trailer Park featuring 24 iconic Airstream trailers and the Gay Ranchero Bar, were VIP destinations with the Scissor Sisters as residents and anyone and everyone from Kate Moss to Mika propping up the bar stocked with supplies from our kind sponsors Buffalo Trace Bourbon and Life Water.
As the festival drew to a close, Madness front man Suggs invited thousands to spread the love for 'The Match.com Big Kiss' in the Lost Vagueness field.
Organisers of the Guinness World Record attempt estimated that more than 13,000 people braved the knee high mud and puckered up for the snog which took place on Sunday morning at 1.30AM after Madness performed their first Glastonbury set for 21 years.
"It was a fantastic and surreal experience," said Hannah Scott of Match.com, the internet dating site that devised the attempt.
"Across the field, couples were in fancy dress, up to their knees in mud and embracing the person next to them".
