LSE opens year-round conference space, BOX

Unlike many of LSE's other more academic venues, BOX is available to hire year round for a range of events, from seminars, workshops, press briefings and launches to evening receptions.

BOX is a venue with a calm relaxed ambiance enjoying plenty of natural light, combining home comforts with the latest conference facilities.

The meeting area can be set up in a variety of layouts, up to a maximum of 50 theatre style, and with flexible furniture can easily be adapted to meet the specific needs of your event.

This flexibility together with whiteboard walls makes the space particularly suitable for brainstorming or creative events.

The large meeting area has a soundproofed whiteboard dividing wall for extra flexibility.

A spacious club seating area furnished with comfortable sofas provides space for meeting, gathering and discussion, while the Cabinet of Wonders, which separates the informal social space and the meeting area, with its collection of unusual objects and sound and light effects always provokes interest and curiosity among delegates.

With an area that can be used for serving a whole range of catering, BOX is a versatile, interesting venue for varying sizes of seminars, conferences and events and a stylish space for evening receptions There is also an elegantly furnished private boardroom seating up to eight.

This can be hired separately for smaller meetings or used in conjunction with the main space for 1-1 or breakout sessions, alternatively this can be used as an organiser's base when running conferences or courses.

In addition we work an experienced team of professionals who can facilitate crewed events and post-event production services.
