Lifestyles Online to capture charity donors

Lifestyles Online, the pan-European lead generation agency, is in the process of signing year-long contracts with eight separate charities to handle their donor capture and conversion.

Lifestyles Online started tests earlier this year to establish the most effective method of first capturing qualified potential donor information and then converting to a contributing customer.

Their method of capturing online and then converting within 24 hours via telephone has proved so successful that a selection of charities, including Breakthrough Breast Cancer and Friends of the Earth, are signing up to work with Lifestyles Online for at least the next year.

Geoff Pullin, Lead Generation Manager at Lifestyles Online, said: "We found that consumers having shown initial interest online, responded well to a personal call to cement their donor status.

"We make sure that the consumer knows what charity they are agreeing to hear more from and that the follow-up calls are made within 24 hours.

"We continue to concentrate on lead and data quality rather than delivering unresponsive leads.

"Using this method coupled with our unique data profiling and cleansing tools, we found that we can deliver thousands of new donors to this conglomerate of charities each month, which is why they are establishing a long-term arrangement with us".

The full list of charities capturing donors with Lifestyles Online is Breakthrough Breast Cancer, RNLI, Voluntary Service Overseas, Amnesty International, RSPB, Sustrans and Friends of the Earth.
