Dexter collectibles on the way
Licensing.biz reports that Showtime and Bif Bang Pow have signed deal for products based on the new original drama Dexter.
The series is starting to make some big waves in the UK, but drama Dexter is already major news in the US - and the licensing deals are starting to come in Showtime Networks - and its agency 360ep - has signed a deal with manufacturer Bif Bang Pow for a line of bobble heads and other figures based on the show

Intent Media, publisher of eight leading trade publications, has launched the first dedicated online news and networking resource for the European licensing community.
The series follows Dexter Morgan, a forensics expert for the Miami Metro Police Department, who moonlights as a serial killer, although he only kills people who truly deserve it.
"I'm an ardent Showtime enthusiast and a huge fan of Dexter since its beginning in season one," said Jason Lenzi, CEO of Bif Bang Pow.
"Dexter falls right in line with what Bif Bang Pow is trying to achieve: it is a smart, hip series that always keeps you glued to the edge of your seat.

The first products are likely to roll out in the US this autumn.
