Leapfrog opens London division
The new London division of Leapfrog Research and Planning, known as Leapfrog in situ, now has a full complement of 10 staff, including 8 researchers.
The London office in Northburgh Street opened in July 2007 and the team is headed by Ian Sippitt as Managing Director, with the qualitative research team of five people headed by Julie Hindmarch, and the quantitative team of three researchers headed by Danielle Malone There are also two administrative support staff
The agency was awarded a contract with Tesco in early April to conduct an ongoing research programme with both customers and staff across its store network, known as "Customer Question Times".
To date, there have been over 120 CQTs completed in many of the Tesco UK stores, from Thurso by John O Groats in the North to Penzance in the South, as well as several locations in Northern Ireland.
Tesco has been working with Leapfrog over the past 13 years, developing a dynamic and successful working relationship with the agency during this time.
Leapfrog Research and Planning has continued to grow rapidly since it was launched in 1994, and offers both quantitative and qualitative research, as well as international research.
Leapfrog also has an American division, based in New York, known as Leapfrog in America.
Leapfrog is part of the AIM-listed marketing services group, Cello Group.
