Online jeweller signs up internet support
A Stoke-on-Trent firm is celebrating after agreeing to provide IT services to an exclusive London jewellery brand, which counts Hollywood star Nicole Kidman among its customers.
STAFFORDSHIRE INTERNET FIRM JOINS FORCES WITH EXCLUSIVE JEWELLERY BRAND A Stoke-on-Trent firm has agreed to provide IT services to an exclusive London jewellery brand, which counts Hollywood star Nicole Kidman among its customers.
Burslem's Jellifish Internet Services has signed a 12-month deal with Notting Hill-based Astley Clarke to manage its online business and optimise its website, and provide ongoing technical support.
This is vital for Astley Clarke as it deals exclusively online.
The firm, which also specialises in web design and hosting, also redesigned the site, which deals in a range of luxury items costing up to GBP10,000.
And it is hoping the agreement will encourage more prestigious companies to join Astley Clarke on its books.
It currently has over 100 clients, including food giant Kellogg's.
Managing Director Amanda Bromley said: "We have always concentrated on customer service and we're very passionate about our work, which is why we've picked up prestigious clients like Astley Clarke and Kellogg's.
"Many web designers will complete the site and leave the client to it, but we continue to work with our clients to ensure their website is meeting their requirements".
Astley Clarke's Founder and Managing Director, Bec Clarke, said: "Jellifish has been an immense support to us from the time we started the business and on a near-daily basis since.
"The team is very diligent and understand the needs of our business and the level of urgency that an online business requires.
"We are very glad to have found Jellifish and count the whole team as an extension of our own team".
The past 12 months have been so successful Jellifish is now looking to add to its workforce by taking on another web developer.
Bromley said: "We've had a great three years, but we have to expand the workforce to ensure that success continues".
