JaywingDMG selected for sales enhancement task
JaywingDMG has been appointed by Moorhouse Group to plan and implement a 12-month training programme following the completion of a detailed training needs analysis.
JaywingDMG's team of training consultants conducted a training needs analysis on site, using a variety of techniques in order to compile a clear picture of Moorhouse's ongoing needs.
This process included: meetings with the board and management teams; monitoring of live and recorded sales calls; observation of the sales centre operation management; one-to-one interviews with agents across the sales team, to confirm current skills and to identify areas where additional training will be relevant; a detailed review of induction-training material; gathering input from other departments, including customer service, broker to broker, credit control and accounting, to provide an accurate view of the entire business.
Moorhouse has tasked JaywingDMG to continue to work closely with its own team to create and implement a dedicated training programme.
JaywingDMG's objective is to increase the output of Moorhouse's lead-generation programme, while improving sales conversions.
The JaywingDMG team will provide additional recommendations such as new call-centre management principles, to improve the day-to-day performance of Moorhouse's telemarketing and customer service operations.
