JaywingDMG to handle customer acquisition DM

JaywingDMG has been selected by Carole Nash to handle the motorcycle insurance specialist's customer acquisition direct marketing (DM).

The agency will manage all communications to previous enquirers and lapsed policyholders within the motorcycle, car and home insurance categories.

JaywingDMG will develop ways to improve campaign planning and evaluation processes, underpinning all activity with analytical modelling techniques to improve performance and efficiency.

Prospects will be segmented according to their propensity to respond to a range of offers and incentives, and the most appropriate contact strategies applied to each customer group.

Through improved segmentation and targeting, JaywingDMG will ensure Carole Nash's marketing spend is focused to maximise return on investment through a combination of cost efficiencies and increased sales.

Alongside the development and implementation of analytics and contact strategies, JaywingDMG will execute the entire campaign plan, including sourcing creative concepts.
