Jacada improves call-centre customer experience

Jacada has entered into an agreement with a US-based provider of digital television services to improve the customer experience provided by its call centre agents during the selling cycle.

Through the use of the Jacada Workspace, Interaction Manager and Winfuse solutions, the Jacada team will be improving the tools that the digital television services provider's sales agents use to serve individual customer needs and to provide customers with the best possible offer for them at that time.
