Jacada enhances E.on Nordic call-centre processes

Jacada has entered into an agreement with E.on Nordic to streamline and automate key call-centre processes, such as 'move in' and 'move out', in order to provide a better customer experience.

The Jacada unified desktop will also give the customer service agents a '360-degree view' of customer information, as well as integrate and streamline search facilities for their knowledge base.

This will enable them to get real-time decision-support information during each call.
