IDM launches customer management course
The Institute of Direct Marketing (IDM) has launched a two-day course, entitled 'Managing Your Customers for Extra Profit', set to take place on 24-25 May 2010.
The course will be presented by customer management experts Neil Woodcock and Andy Green, who will give delegates the techniques that will help them lead their organisations on a path that will increase revenue and profits.
Their ideas and techniques are designed to help delegates rapidly generate higher levels of profitability from data and insights their organisations already hold and from the customers they already serve.
The programme consists of four in-depth and profit-orientated learning modules, drawn from proven techniques and illustrated with real-world case studies.
Module One - 'Identifying and Scaling the Opportunity' - considers where there are opportunities to get more from customers and the financial implications of this.
Module Two - 'Planning to Change' - looks at developing the strategy that will make the most of the opportunities available to develop greater and sustainable profitability.
Module Three - 'Making Change Happen' - looks at securing the funding, managing the programme and ensuring stakeholder buy-in.
Module Four - 'Measuring the Impact' - looks at key performance indicators and measuring the benefits in terms of customers, management, employees, and partners.
