Peppers heads line-up at IDM B2B Conference
Conference delegates at 5th Annual IDM B2B Marketing Conference will have the rare opportunity to hear the first-hand analysis and predictions of customer relationship guru Don Peppers.
Don Peppers heads a line-up of 14 expert practitioner-speakers.
In a break from the traditional lecture approach, Peppers, one the world's most respected authorities on customer relationship management strategies, will be interviewed, Parkinson-style, by BBC presenter Nik Woods.
Peppers promises candid and detailed answers to the presenter's topical and probing questions on the changing face of customer-focused B2B marketing.
"In today's B2B market it's vital you know as much as you can about your customers and prospects before you interact with them," said Roger Hodson, Marketing Director of event sponsor DandB.
"There is a wealth of customer information available and a range of tools that help us define, analyse and take advantage of true customer insight.
"We're delighted to sponsor the 2008 IDM B2B Conference: it provides a forum for all participants within the industry to understand the opportunities available to us".
The event, which takes place on Tuesday 8 April at the five-star Renaissance Chancery Court Hotel in London, sees 14 top-class speakers, all B2B marketing experts in either the US or UK, assess how the B2B marketing ideas of today will address the challenges of tomorrow.
