IDM to deliver best-practice training at ad:tech
Ad:tech, the show dedicated to interactive marketing technologies, has secured the respected Institute of Direct Marketing Academy as a major show feature at its London show on 26-27 September.
The IDM Academy will feature leading digital marketing speakers who will draw from their own real-world successes to deliver 30-minute 'how-to' training sessions on best-practice techniques in digital marketing.
The 12 sessions, over two days, are free to show visitors and are intended to help participants grow their understanding of the emerging applications within the digital marketing arena and help them apply their new knowledge to achieve real results.
Christophe Asselin, European Marketing Manager at ad:tech, commented: "It's great to have the IDM Academy at ad:tech again this year.
"This is the second year for both ad:tech and IDM, and we have had much positive feedback about their element of the conference last year.
"The IDM Academy offers delegates the opportunity to gain practical knowledge and know-how in between attending other conference sessions or visiting the exhibitors.
"This year, the focus of ad:tech is strongly on the consumer and how brands and agencies alike can reconnect with their audience; the IDM Academy's training sessions nicely complement the focus of the show".
The IDM digital experts will include Darren Fell, Founder and Sales Director, Pure; Jonathan Bass, Managing Director, Incentivated; Steve Kemish, marketing Consultant at Cyance; and Anna Farmery, Founder of The Engaging Brand.
Topics include email deliverability; social networking; how to convert website visitors into customers; digital testing and Web 2.0.
The IDM Academy sessions are free to show visitors on a first-come, first-served basis.
