Vonage appoints Information Arts
Vonage, the internet telephony company, has appointed database management company Information Arts to manage, design and lead its UK SME and SOHO customer insight strategy.
The announcement follows a competitive pitch in which Information Arts demonstrated exceptional understanding of the telecoms industry and clearly communicated their capabilities in offering targeted UK SME insight data.
Vincent Potier, Vonage's newly appointed Managing Director, said: "The SOHO and SME markets are an integral part of our business and commercial strategy.
"These business sectors are often neglected - unfairly getting overlooked and lost in no man's land between home users and bigger corporates.
"Vonage is the ideal service to bridge that gap and we fully recognise the importance of this sector.
"With their strong reputation in the telecoms sector for B2B insight data, Information Arts is our ideal partner to enhance our communications with these businesses".
Gary Selby, Joint managing director of Information Arts, added: "This is a significant win for Information Arts, adding to our portfolio of prestigious telecoms and IT clients, and further reinforcing our reputation for delivering the very highest quality of service to the most exacting standards.
"Winning Vonage is a direct result of Information Arts' expertise in insight B2B data and the functionality of our data components including DNA".
This announcement is the latest in a series of prolific new business wins for the High Wycombe-based insight data provider including Panasonic and PHS, and its continued expansion across its data products with the dedicated Data Assets Division.
The appointment completes Vonage's agency line-up and follows the recent promotion of Vincent Potier to Managing Director.
