Intellitracker enhances behavioural targeting

Intellitracker has released Enterprise R6.4, which includes a new audience selection system and two updated report templates to enhance behavioural targeting.

The audience selection system enables users of Intellitracker Enterprise to create comprehensive segments of visitors based upon their response to marketing and on-site activities.

The templates enable this behavioural information to be integrated with e-mail, customer relationship management (CRM) and content management systems.

The audience selection system has a new drag-and-drop interface, which enables a user to create visitor segments based upon the behaviour of these visitors.

These segments can be saved for re-use and applied to any of the views within the system.

The overlap report template has been updated to include the facility to report upon all website form-fill data out of the box.

This view can now be used to show such things as how visitors use different keywords over time, which products are viewed (or purchased) by the same visitor over time and any other possible combination of recorded data.

This cross-sell or up-sell information can be automatically fed to external systems without the need for any complex consultative set-up.

The updated contacts template provides a view of search terms, campaigns and events performed by 'contacts' rather than visitors.

Contacts are visitors who have been uniquely identified through registration of e-mail response.

This information can be made available to e-mail and CRM systems for inclusion within their behavioural targeting segmentation models.

The contacts report view drives Intellitracker's behavioural targeting and as such has become one of the most important and heavily used reports.
