Intimis Tracker drives e-mail conversations
Auto Europe has employed the Intimis Tracker product to drive e-mail conversions through its newsletter loyalty programme in Ireland.
The Intimis Tracker uses personal URLs to track a user's interaction across any channel in order to gauge engagement for sales and marketing follow-up.
Auto Europe is using Tracker to connect with customers registered to its loyalty programme database when they search its website.
When a qualifying user runs a site search for any Auto Europe service, an auto-response generates an e-mail reminding the customer of the preferential rate they are entitled to as a newsletter subscriber.
Intimis Tracker can be implemented within any response communications campaign by businesses of any size and can track behaviour across any relevant channel, including web, direct mail, e-mail, SMS, telephony or personalised subscription advertising.
It enables companies to maximise return-on-investment by providing sales teams with the leads that allow them to target only warm prospects that have demonstrated a clear interest in a product or service.
