Design agency Image Creative Design (ICD) has beaten off international competition to seal an initial 12-month contract with the International Exhibition Logistics Associates (IELA).

IELA is the premier organisation of its kind and its elite membership of more than 100 specialist event logistic providers from 44 countries reads as a 'who's who' of the global sector.

Based in Geneva, its new Executive Director, Declan Gane, has previous experience working with ICD.

He said: "I have known Graham, Sarah and the team for many years and am consistently impressed with their inspiration and the quality of work that they deliver; always on time and always to budget.

"Over the years IELA designs had become a little dated and ICD's branding work, particularly of the quarterly magazine, has simply stunned our members, in a good way".

ICD leaped straight into an immediate cross-media rebranding for all things corporate, creating a contemporary new look and feel as well as carrying out production for all collateral.

"We ensured brand consistency across all media and products, producing in addition all creatives employed at the 23rd IELA Congress in Melbourne; no mean feat in less than 12 weeks with a rolling brief", commented ICD chairman Graham Forster.

"Many of our clients use the designs we create in the international arena, so we're used to conceiving creatives that 'work' universally".
