HWA Events has completed a contract to supply and install a fully integrated audio-visual system for the Sunseeker exhibition stand at the London International Boat Show.
The key components were the supply and installation of an ultra-wide LED screen, plasma and LCD screens for key areas of the stand, and a VIP champagne bar with its own 103in plasma screen.
The contract also included on-site audio-visual support, including live video and audio editing.
Technically the screens were controlled centrally via an Endeleo managed multi-format 16-port hub, which converted the AV signal so it could be sent down a single CAT5 or CAT6 cable and then reconverted at the other end.
The team also provided technical support for the launch of two yachts, including a full PA system for Only Men Aloud, who performed on the stern of one of the yachts.
