Hi-media has been appointed by the digital arm of the Football League to manage online and mobile advertising for 82 individual clubs in the Football League, Premier League and Football Conference.

The deal with FL Interactive (FLI) will enable Hi-media to give advertisers access to a large online football network, offering 65 million page impressions and 120 million advertising impressions per month.

The Hi-media team will work closely with FLI to fully understand its business and the audiences and content being targeted.

Advertisers developing campaigns over the network will engage with fans over mobile, video and traditional online platforms to target a predominantly male audience (84 per cent of site visitors), 67 per cent of whom are aged between 18 and 44.

Alongside traditional banner advertising, videos featuring highlights, news and behind-the-scenes footage will be monetised together with opportunities to target high-quality audiences using Hi-media's mobile offering.
