Edited by the Marketingservicestalk editorial team Jul 28, 2008

Niall Cook, worldwide director of marketing technology at Hill and Knowlton, has published a book explaining the impact social software will have inside the corporate firewall.

The book, entitled 'Enterprise 2.0: How Social Software Will Change the Future of Work' is published by Gower and is aimed at those working in marketing, advertising, PR and internal communications.

It introduces the key concepts that make up 'Enterprise 2.0' and uses practical examples from a range of industry sectors to illustrate how it can be applied to encourage communication, co-operation, collaboration and connection among employees.

The foreword of the book is written by Don Tapscott, Canadian business executive and co-author of 'Wikinomics: How Mass Collaboration Changes Everything'.
