Heinz has appointed Haygarth to develop an online and offline customer relationship management (CRM) programme for its baby range.
Activity, targeting mums, will begin in the next few months, with the aim of providing more information and support, particularly to first-time mothers.
Until now, Heinz has not had an overarching baby CRM programme.
