Leeds Media has announced a roundtable event that will explore customer service and technology, and is set to take place on 18 March 2010 at the Leeds Chamber of Commerce.
The event will explore the development and improvement of customer service using technology.
Peter Simpson, a founder of First Direct and partner at Intervue, will offer his views on making a case for customer service as well as his predictions for technological developments in the field.
