In a semi-regular series of articles, Marketingservicestalk rounds up the latest industry appointments news.

Harvest Digital has announced the appointment of David Bowen as business development manager.

He will report to managing director, Emma Wilson, with a remit to generate new full-service business for the digital agency.

Bowen previously worked at Tradedoubler, where he was responsible for selling Searchware and Diallog telephone tracking technology developed by the Search Works.

Converso Contact Centres has announced that Ben Krempel will join the company as business development director.

He will be responsible for securing new contracts with medium to large UK companies that are looking to outsource call management services and non-voice activities such as information and data processing.

Krempel joins the company from the Listening Company.

RO Eye has expanded its Manchester team.

Amy Swatkins joins the company as affiliate strategist.

James Winfield will fill the role of business development executive, reporting to director Mark Kuhillow.

Graduates Danny Roche and Jay Lau join the company as trainee programme executives, supporting senior programme executives, Richard Wright and Michelle Anthony.

Finally, Dale Warren has been appointed as a technical solutions assistant.

Gyro International has announced the appointment of its new chief executive officer.

Richard Glasson steps into the role following former chief executive officer Gary Brine's decision to leave the company.

Glasson has been chief operating officer at Gyro since 2002.

Richard Perry has been promoted to chief operating officer.

Perry has been at Gyro since 1995, most recently as vice-president of EMEA and managing director of the group's UK and Ireland businesses.

Finally, Clash Media has appointed Paul Midson as UK sales director.

Midson is a former head of digital sales for Experian.

In his new role he will head up the UK sales team and help drive the next phase of company growth.
