Gyro PR appointed by sporting charity
SportsAid
SportsAid, the inspirational charity that for over 30 years has provided financial aid and recognition to the next generation of young British sportsmen and women, has appointed Gyro PR.
Gyro PR has been appointed to raise the charity's profile in key audiences as the UK looks forward to the 2012 Olympics Gyro International enjoys a long association with the charity and many of its staff help to raise money for this worthwhile cause with a sponsored 10k run each September
Graham Dandy, Marketing Manager of SportsAid, said: "It makes perfect sense to appoint Gyro PR, as they can utilise the first-hand knowledge of Gyro International's support of SportsAid over the past few years - they clearly understand what we stand for".
Jo Ferrier will run the account from Gyro PR's London headquarters and reports into Head of PR, Lesley Scott.
