Mighty Mouse Digital bolsters offering

Mighty Mouse Digital, the new standalone digital business from Gyro International, has acquired bespoke website design and build agency Bluhalo for an undisclosed sum.

Bluhalo, which has previously worked with clients such as Liverpool FC, Sony and The FA Premier League, has an annual turnover of circa GBP3 million and employs 50 staff.

All existing Bluhalo personnel and clients will be retained and incorporated into Mighty Mouse Digital following the acquisition.

Furthermore, Bluhalo Founder and Chief Executive, Spencer Gallagher, will join Mighty Mouse Digital as European Head of Strategy, responsible for strategic operations across seven countries.

Launched on 1 May 2008, Mighty Mouse Digital is a dedicated digital agency within the Gyro group of businesses.
